Religions and Rules
For each king they will be able to make up their own rules. As each one rises they will be given a chance to make up their own or keep the ones that have already been placed.
Territories
Though wars may wage across the lands, only one king may rule a territory. If Vampires own all of the lands, each land must be owned by a different vampire and so on.
Claiming
If a king has not posted within their own territory in 14 days then it will be claimable.
A king is able to hand down their throne to an heir if they so choose it.
Other ranks that the king creates will be theirs for the choosing of who gets them.
After placing a claim upon a territory you must then wait until it is approved. If it is then you will post up your own Ranks and Rules and it will then be stickied to remain at the top and be edited at your own will.
Characters
Any kind of character can be made, whether one that is known or totally made up. Anything may live upon this land.
Slaves and such can be made so long as the owner of the character agrees.
